🎄 Christmas Ordering, Delivery & Returns Policy

Handmade-to-Order Items

All of our items are handmade to order. During the Christmas period, order volumes are significantly higher, and production and delivery times may be longer than usual.

We strongly encourage customers to order in plenty of time, as outlined on our website. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these timeframes.

if you cancel your order after it ships you’ll need to return this to us for a refund. Please be aware posting times over the festive season will be longer

Christmas Jumpers & Seasonal Items

To protect our small business, Christmas jumpers and seasonal items must be returned in brand-new, unworn condition, with all tags attached.

Items that show any signs of wear, including being worn once for Christmas and then returned, will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds where items show signs of use, washing, damage, or wear.

Delivery Delays

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is outside of our control.

During busy periods such as Christmas, courier delays are common. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for postal or courier delays, including items arriving later than expected.

Late delivery does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • If an item is unwanted or arrives after Christmas, it must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund.
  • Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs. We no longer cover return shipping, in line with many other small and large retailers.
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refunds will only be processed once the item has been received and inspected.

Important Notes

  • Personalised or custom-made items are non-refundable, unless faulty.
  • By placing an order, you agree to all policies stated above.
